Driving home from another day on the road when I realized I hadn’t taken any pictures. I stopped just after the bridge over the Concord River coming in Carlisle and took a few quick photos with the iPhone. This picture is kind of missing a subject but still makes for a pretty scene.

We have a large and beautiful painting of this old mill building hanging in our living room. While the river is low this time of year, the flood damage that the building has sustained is evidenced in this photo and in our painting as well.

This is another farm just up the road from us. I was heading home with the kids today and stopped to take some photos of the old fire station with the “closed due to budget cuts” sign nailed to it. Directly across the street from that station is this beautiful farm where we often see [...]
