Blue Morning

I woke up the other day to find this little blue visitor sitting out on our screened porch. The door to the porch has been open lately and she seemed to be having a little trouble finding her way back out through it. After snapping a few photos with the zoom lens I kindly coaxed [...]

Looking up at the south tower of the Zakim Bridge in Boston, on of the widest cable-stayed bridges in the world. Shot one-handed out the car window on my way home from a visit to the city.

This past weekend we repainted our sons’ room. I took some photos to help show the color to our friends online, and to be quite honest I like how this particular photo looks. The paper mobile was made by our oldest son (7) for our youngest son (1.5) when he was just a baby.

The kids got their first fish recently. I took this photo so they could bring the picture in for show and tell.

Short on inspiration but found some creativity while staring at the floor. Close-up of the soft flooring in the kids’ playroom.

The hood ornament on a classic car parked outside the scouting shop in Lancaster. Don’t you love the way I make the most of my errands?

Coming down into the Philadelphia airport on my way to three-day business trip. Didn’t even break out the big camera this day, but glad I snagged this with the iPhone before “all portable electronic devices must now be turned off.”

The dealer’s token at man camp this year. Every year a bunch of us guys get together to drink and play games on an overnight camping trip for just the guys. Played some good horseshoes too, but it’s easier to take pictures when you’re playing poker.

Custom motocycle done up with lots of shiny chrome. Blue rope light strung around a frame to create the highlight reflections. Really happy with this set of photos and envisioning sets of three hung together. Nice.
