This shot reminds me of the first artsy shot I ever took- as a kid (I was in 6th grade) with a Kodak 110 camera- standing at one foot of the St. Louis Arch, camera pressed against the metal (no-look shot) aiming upwards. I love the clouds against the house in this. I agree with your wants, but this is pretty nice. You'll have to go back. I have found that a very wide range of exposures, -4 to +2 at 1 stop intervals is great for stuff like this. Granted, your clouds would get softer. Nice. I love the clouds against the house in this.
