We took a walk through the fairgrounds over to where the creek opens up into the pond. (Opposite of the sunset photo from yesterday.) We crossed the makeshift bridge and walked into the woods until the sun started to go down. The light from the setting sun was a lovely color and I got my girl to pose for some photos without getting “picture face” from her smile.
