A phrase that I sometimes think of for myself is an “opportunistic photographer.” I rarely go hunt down specific things, but rather I take advantage of the opportunities that present themselves to me. I bring my camera with me everywhere, especially with this project underway. I keep my eyes open, looking for things that may be remotely interesting if I just look at them the right way. Sometimes I find a winner, more often I just got more practice shooting. Today I went to the post office.
