The geese have returned to out yard again to raise thier young and graze for food. This is the smaller of two families we have this year. As usual they are a little camera-shy, or at least still weary of large bipeds. (They start to get over that after the babies are grown.) I did manage to get some shots of them picking at the lawn using the long lens, but I thought this shot of them swimming away was nice with the sense of movement it provides. The creek has been nice and full and the spring grasses are rich and plentiful.
