We have a pretty diverse set of wildlife that visits our yard. Some of our frequent visitors are these black cap chickadees at the bird feeders. I had opened up the kitchen window and put on my 70-200mm zoom lens in hopes of catching the bright red cardinal that has been frequenting our apple trees in the mornings as of late. While I was waiting this chickadee came by to the feeder that hang outside our window. While I haven’t got a keeper shot of the cardinal yet, I thought this shot of the chickadee is just ducky.
